I have been training clients for over 25 years. I am more about results than just training, I focus on the client's needs, goals and design a program that will help you reach your goals within the specified time.

What to Expect

Normally before we start with a client, we do a physical assessment, fat test and measurements and discuss their goals, and usually we will then go on the floor and start training using more body weight and gradually moving up to training with weights depending on the client's conditions.
