A client can expect that his or her trainer will make every attempt to get to know their health and fitness goals very well. From there a typical training session will be designed specifically to their goals. Whether it is building strength, losing weight, or getting out of pain; the typical training session will include exercises tailored toward those goals. My specialty is in-home personal training. So I bring the fitness to your place of choosing, whether it is your home, a park, or your apartment gym.
I am honored to be able to say that I have had many clients since I started in 2011 that are still with me today. One of my first clients, a female in her 50s, came to me looking to build extra lean muscle and strength. Her main motivation was to have strength to play with her grand kids. I still see this client today and not only has she built strength, but she has also improved her balance, coordination, and has increased energy. She reports that she feels much younger than she really is. No longer is playing sports and games with her grand kids physically challenging.
