About Me

I am originally from New Orleans, LA. I am an Orange County-based personal trainer and also willing to travel. I have a strong passion for health and fitness. Ive been training for more than 10 years now and I like to mix up my workout routines to keep exercise interesting. As a trainer, I specialized in bodybuilding, physique, TRX, high intensity, and strength and conditioning. I encourage people to make fitness not a summertime or New Year's resolution, but a way of life. I like to work with a wide range of clients from youths, to seniors, to specials needs, to average Joe's, to fit models. I prefer a long-term partnership than short-term one. I believe in my client's success in achieving their fitness goals. When my clients are happy, I sleep better. I do not just train my clientele to look better physically, but mentally be more confident in themselves. With my experiences, I learned nothing comes easy; you have to work hard to earn your rewards.
