Fit Body Toddy Fitness is built around the idea of advancement in the physical realm. My mission is to provide an individual with a client-specific/goal-oriented endurance-focused fitness experience which, based on the ultimate end goal, I am able to evaluate the desired, anticipated outcome which allows me to break things up into far less challenging bite-sized daily challenges to make the end goal seem far less complex and daunting. 80% of Americans are physically inactive due to their feelings of being overwhelmed when attempting to get started. My fitness journey first began back in high school when I was ambitious to add muscle mass before the beginning of my Sophomore year. My older cousin trained me, and this is when I was originally taught about proper nutrition as it relates to a healthy physique. Soon, I learned the ins and outs of proper eating habits and the basics of exercise and good form, to optimize results. We offer an arsenal of resources and plans specific to you and your goals.

We start with a client-specific warm up routine that prepares them for the workout and reducing the risk of injury. Next, we go through the main workout for the day that is tailored to their goal and part of a larger program based on progressive overload. Stretching can be done at the end per client request.
