About Me

Hi, my name is Todd. Fitness has been a cornerstone for most of my life and I have been working along with other fitness trainers while helping people reach their fitness goals since 2011. I am a ISSA certified fitness trainer and whatever it is fat loss, muscle gain, or living healthier I will work hard to get you to where you want to be.

What to Expect

During a training session, the client will get an introductory of the workouts, proper form and also learn the muscle groups that are impacted.
