Tina does personal training for my adult autistic son. She has come to the house since my son is fearful of training at the fitness club he used to attend due to Covid. Tina is very reliable and flexible. She is calm, cheerful, and matter-of-fact with my son, motivating him to keep moving for the hour she is with him. She has a large repertoire of exercises for him, modifies them readily as needed and has been a bright spot in his life during a time when he has been isolated. I recommend her whole-heartedly.
