Tina is simply the best. She was kind and warm with my two girls (ages 13 and 16), and pushed each of them just the right amount and in just the right areas!! We are all SO sad she is not still in our town, but our loss is your gain!!!

Tina trained my two daughters, ages 13 and 16, who are competitive Irish dancers. As Irish dancers, it is important to maintain stamina, a strong core, and strong legs. Tina worked on all areas with my girls and her training brought them to a new level of fitness, which improved their dancing. My girls have felt that Tina’s approach was comfortable and effective. Most important, Tina was a positive influence on my girls, was kind and supportive of their goals. They were disappointed when Tina re-located and miss her style of training. We wish she’d move back to our area.
