Hi there, my friends call me Timbo. I've been into health and fitness my whole life. I played baseball up until high school, and then got into aggressive rollerblading and on from there into bodybuilding. I have been around a lot of different training styles and adapted to all them really well. So for my passion about fitness, I can only want to help others achieve there personal goals as well as mine! We all have our own goals, so lets achieve them together!!!

He always keeps workouts fun and interesting and I got amazing results. The lre was never a "typical" session with Tim! He kept adding new exercises and workouts all the time so it was never stagnant. He helped guide me on my diet and offered supplement advice and i got to my goals that I wanted!
