Timothy Fells aka "MR ULTIMATE", has been training for 10 years. NASM certified graduate from NPTI. Studied Kinesiology at Wayne State University, with a strong background in sports specific training. Loves training and getting the results his clients need! He takes pride in the care of every client, understanding their needs goals and individual fitness levels. He is always willing to push you past ordinary and get you to the next level! Tim is the best personal trainer I've ever had the pleasure of working with! He takes the time to understand your goals and does everything he can to help you achieve them. But be prepared to do your part and work really hard! He doesn't play any games!

Our sessions last for an hour and I workout with him usually 3 times a week. If you really put in the work and do the homework that Tim assigns you, you are guaranteed very noticeable results after the first month (but will start seeing improvements within the first two weeks). His caring attitude and positive energy are also great motivators!

Before I found Tim, I had hit a plateau with my trainer and felt that he wasn't able to take me to that next level. Once I started training with Tim, I started noticing a major change in my body within weeks. I've been training with Tim for 2 years now and I am hooked!
