Get fit where it fits in! Be YOUR own perfect! Hello! I’m Shay with GetNICCE Fitness! I’m a U.S. Air Force veteran and mom of two, located in Rancho Cucamonga CA! As a fitness coach I will guide you, and create exercise programs and workout routines for you just as a trainer would, but only this time it will be at your own pace. The goal of coaching is not to put you under a lot of pressure, but rather to encourage and motivate you to achieve your goals – a fit body. This is extremely effective for individuals who would prefer to work out privately. The Get NICCE Program: This is so much more than just getting your body nice, this is about the total package. Exercise relieves stress, feeling good about how you look builds confidence, and having “me time” heals the mind. This program is beyond personal training, this is a wellness program. I'm also offering one-on-one virtual training and virtual group training each session is 30-45 minutes. I also host a FREE online BOD Nutrition Challenge Group where you can still lose weight & exercise is extra credit! This is great for people who have health issues or injuries that prevent them from exercising but still need to lose weight! Contact me for more information on these programs. As well as my " Mindfully Fit Fitness Program" for 21 days. This is a self-guided program or you can add personal one-on-one personal training ( PT) sessions. You will have online access to the fitness guide (a new guide each week) with instructional videos on how to perform each exercise correctly, mindset exercises, nutrition guide, meal plan, healthy recipes, grocery list, weight loss tips and motivation from me your coach! I offer stand-alone nutrition programs and meal plans: I'm a certified nutrition mentor. I also have intense military boot camp-style workouts and group sessions for the more advanced clients. I have very personal hands-on VIP programs that work similarly to a program done at a live-in weight-loss facility. Each year I offer my Esteem Retreats, which are fitness vacations! 3-day Kick Start or 7-day Weight-stripper Standard Programs Include: • Private or Semi-private rooms to choose from King & Queen Beds • 4-nights Thursday to Monday (check in 4:00 PM, check out by 11:00 AM) • 7-nights Thursday to Wednesday (check-in 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM) • Structured fitness and health plan • Three fresh meals each day, plus healthy snacks • Pre and post camp evaluations • Daily guided exercise • Yoga and meditation • Recreational activities • All nutritional education: o A new way to look at food o How to plate your food for weight loss success o How to grocery shop o How to eat out at restaurants, social events, and parties • Group mindfulness & wellness training: o What’s your why? o Who’s your support? o Your Inspiration • Free wi-fi access • Take-home fitness and nutrition plan: 4 Weeks of NICCE-at-Home • Welcome Gifts: NICCE tote, journal, water bottle, and recipes I can give you the tools but will you use them? I want to find out your daily routine so I can help you FIND the time to exercise! I want this to be enjoyable and for you to have fun. I will tailor a program to fit your needs and fitness level. I also include meal plans with my program. I offer many packages to fit the busiest of life styles please checkout my website for more information on packages. I live in Rancho Cucamonga and train at your location, my personal in-home gym (discounted rate), or local Planet Fitness locations. I give group lessons on Saturdays once or twice a month at a local park. Please check out my website for class locations and times. You must live in the Inland Empire no more than 20 miles from the city of Upland or Rancho Cucamonga if you'd like to train at your home. If you live outside of this radius you have the option of coming to the area/locations I serve, my gym or a virtual session.

I've done two sessions with Shay. Her workouts are intense and challenging. She's patient, but also pushes me to dig deep to get the most out of my workout. She's sent me recipes and a nutrition guide which are very helpful. She sends me a text when she's on her way and is very good about responding to my texts when I have questions. I would highly recommend Shay to anyone especially anyone new to fitness like me. Before my first session I felt like getting into shape was going to be close to impossible. Now I feel like it's an achievable goal. I'm confident that Shay is giving me and will continue to give me the tools that I need to maintain the healthy lifestyle that I've always wanted.

1st Lady Nicce, is always on time and lets me know when she is leaving to come to my house, so that I know what time to expect her. She understands my limitations and works within them. During the first several sessions with her I actually lost inches on my waist and stomach. This really impressed me because after several abdominal surgeries my doctors told me to just live with it there was nothing I could do. I always look forward to our weekly sessions and losing more inches and firming and toning. I highly recommend her.

She's realistic about your plan and weight loss goals. She asks you to be honest about how hard you want to work, what you're not ready to give up while on a diet and goes over your schedule and the type of person you are (morning/evening) so you will truly to dedicated to the workouts. She's down to earth, confident and makes you feel good about yourself. I love working with her.
