About Me

I have been a personal trainer for the past 15 years. I began training because of my interest in bodybuilding. While getting ready for competitions I had the opportunity to help others in the gym who noticed my progress. I really enjoyed seeing others succeed with me and that is what motivated me to pursue personal training as a career. I’ve worked in several locations such as Utah, Las Vegas and Georgia. Training others to achieve goals has been rewarding for me since day one. I’ve seen success with a variety of clients, whether it’s been losing body fat, gaining muscle, overcoming injuries and health issues, getting ready for sports, women’s figure competitions or bodybuilding.
