I started my career as a trainer two years ago in order to help share my passion for fitness and sport. I look forward to getting started with clients of all ages helping them reach their own individual goals! I graduated from Texas State University with a degree in exercise and sports science and was a four year letter winner for the Bobcats from 2008-2012. Throughout my playing career, I played quarterback under coaches Travis Bush and Brad Wright and while under head coach Dennis Franchione I had triple duty playing quarterback, running back and wide receiver. During my time at Texas State, I tallied 880 yards rushing (8 TDs), 777 yards passing (9 TDs) and 92 receiving yards (1 TD). In 2010, I led the Bobcats to their biggest comeback win against SFA. Down 24-0 with nine minutes left in the fourth quarter, we rallied to a 27-24 victory. I was a mentor and trained my younger brother Courtney Hawkins, who was drafted by the Chicago White Sox in the first round of the 2012 MLB Draft (13th overall). Athleticism runs in my family. I am a relative of Olympic gold winner Charles Austin. I also have three uncles that formerly played in the NFL, Andy Hawkins (80-88), who also has a daughter who plays softball at the University of Alabama, Mike Hawkins (78-82), and Robert Blackmon (90-98). I am currently a fitness director and manager for Pro Performance Training.

I mentored and trained my younger brother who is now in the MLB. I took my brother under my wing when he was in the sixth grade and was 5 feet 9 inches and close to 285. By the time he got to the age of 15 he was 6 feet 2 inches and 225 lbs and was being scouted for football scholarships and looked at by MLB scouts.
