I decided to become a personal trainer because I had a personal trainer who was amazing. I had thyroid issues and I gained a lot of weight. She helped me to lose it. As well as I am a 3 time cancer survivor and working out has helped to keep me strong . I am passionate about fitness and helping people achieve their fitness goals.

Training sessions are one hour long. Cardio you do on your own. I do give my clients workouts to do on their own. I do measurements and new workouts monthly. As well as I give nutritional guidance. Everyone should be able to afford a trainer. Staying fit and healthy is the most important thing.
