Tiffani's experience and knowledge of health and fitness has prepared her with the ability to provide a system that is proven to change people's lives while helping them understand and learn about the human body and the effects of our daily choices.
She uses different modalities of training depending on the person and goals, but overall her method is focused on core strength, stability, mobility, functional training, strength & conditioning, and injury prevention and joint-specific rehabilitation.

Her overwhelming support and encouragement keeps her clients engaged in the process and helps to prevent them from falling off track. She is always available for communication and sincerely cares about her clients and their success. Her passion is to help others better their quality of life by finding empowerment and strength through their own body's capabilities as they advance in fitness; helping clients find their freedom and self-confidence by transforming their bodies into a fat-burning, muscle defining, athletic vessel of energy and joy!

Tiffani has taught the fundamentals class for beginners along with nutrition and specialty workshops. She has developed other trainers with business and education, and coached them on better coaching techniques. Tiffani also promoted and planned many out of town competitions and events as well as coordinated local seminars and competitions hosted at her training facility.

Tiffani’s ability to work with every client no matter their age or stage of life shows her knowledge of training and her passion for helping others in health and fitness. Her expertise in exercise physiology and her understanding of technique is displayed confidently through demonstrations, explanations, and her ability to meticulously and effectively correct form. Many athletes and weight-loss clients have seen great physical and athletic improvement from working with Tiffani.

Lastly, her strong point is her ability to build relationships with her clients. She genuinely gives them her all and that energy is seen and felt. She holds a very high retention rate because of her authentic empathy and eagerness to help. Her belief that fitness is a journey, not a destination, allows her to be understanding as her clients go through the ups and downs of the process; the fitness journey is just as emotional and mental as it is physical, and as their coach, Tiffani strives to be her clients' biggest support system.

What to Expect

1st session - Goal Setting, Beginning Measurements, and Fitness Benchmarks:
- Talk about exercise history
- Discuss Goals and make a Plan
- Discuss Nutrition and sleep
- Circumference Measurements
- Weight in lbs
- Body Fat percentage
- Cardiovascular Endurance - 3 min step test
- Core Strength Endurance - Max. plank hold
- Lower body Strength Endurance - Max. wall sit hold
- Upper body Strength Endurance - Max. reps. push-ups
- Then a small strength workout followed by recovery (Self-Myofascial Release and PNF stretching)
- Give homework workouts, Discuss any other questions, & Schedule next appt.

Format for all other workout sessions:
- Check in on nutrition, sleep, and overall behavioral progress
- Cardio Warm-up
- Dynamic Warm-up and Mobility/ ROM
- Strength Training
- Cardio & Core
- Recovery (Self-Myofascial Release and PNF stretching)
- Give homework workouts, Discuss any other questions, & Schedule next appt.

Measurements and Weigh-ins will be redone every 4 weeks
Fitness Benchmarks will be redone every 6-8 weeks
