About Me

Hi, my name is Tessa. I believe health and fitness comes down to lifestyle changes and that is what I offer my clients.Through the means of teaching about proper real whole food eating habits, meal preparation, resistance and cardiovascular exercises and consistency, I believe anyone can achieve their goals in health and fitness. I have a well-rounded and extensive history within this industry, originating with Division 1 college tennis, half marathons, Open Crossfit competitions, IFBB and INBA bodybuilding competitions, working with rehabilitation clients, postural analysis, gait analysis, therapeutic exercises and hosting international wellness retreats and now transferring all my knowledge and passion of fitness into specifically tailored programs for my clients. Tessa Mini has been a trainer in the Napa Valley for the past 5 years servicing clients.

What to Expect

When walk in the doors at Bare health you will first become family. Your first session will be about 1.5 hours which consists of a postural analysis program. We look at your body against a plum line to determine any postural deficiencies you might have. After that you’ll be assigned a set of therapeutic exercises to help reset your body in neural alignment. What does this do? Any aches and pains you have ever experienced can usually be alleviated or mitigated by putting your body into the alignment it’s meant to be in. After your stretches I will take you through a full body workout and cardiovascular test which will therefore determine our training protocol.
