I'm a runner and when I began working out with Terrell, I requested to only do some strength training to tone up. He created workouts to accommodate my requests but also suggested exercises that would improve my running and help prevent injuries. While training, he always pushes you to work your hardest and doesn't let you give up on yourself. He expects hard work, but at the same time is able to maintain a fun and comfortable atmosphere. I wouldn't want to train with anyone else!

I've been training with Terrell for a few years. My goal was to lose 50 lbs and tone up. I am currently 8 lbs from my goal! With his help, I've been able to incorporate the workouts we do at the gym into my workouts at home. He was also helpful with heathy eating tips to help me reach my goal!

Terrell has helped me come a long way with my weight loss and fitness journey. From slimming my waistline, toning my legs, arms, and thighs to eating better. I was struggling with certain areas and he helped me accomplish my goal to the fullest. I must admit he is a no nonsense guy, but he is compassionate, fit, and enthusiastic. Terrell's fitness approach is very unique and fun. Although it's intense, it's effective! He will push you to your limit! But in the end, your results are worth it. I may have stopped on my own, but he's helping me get back on my road to victory yet again.
