About Me

Hello, everyone. My name is Terner. My life has always consisted of participating in activities that are very physical and good for your health. I have done many different sports and many different methods of physical activity throughout my life thus far. I believe that true happiness can only be achieved by actually being completely satisfied with your own body and the skin that you walk around in. We only get one body, so we need to treat it with respect. Aside from the fitness part of things, I love to keep my nutrition in check. A lot of people will automatically think that being on some sort of diet is going to be unpleasant, but they could not be more wrong. I have discovered many different methods to make your diet delicious and coming back for more. It is all about finding out what you prefer to eat that is going to keep you consistent and still stay on pace for reaching your goal. A little more about me is that I do like to play video games once in a while. Hey, I am only human and I still like to enjoy the pleasures of life just like everyone else does. There is a time and place for everything in this world.

What to Expect

A client can expect 110 percent of my attention while they are training with me. You will constantly be learning something new every time you have a session with me. The body needs to acquire more, but so does the mind. You will leave each session with a great sense of accomplishment because you put the work in and feel even stronger as an individual. The goal you set for yourself will come closer each and every day that you put the work in, with me by your side.

Client Success Story

I am my own client success story. It was just a few years ago back in high school when I weighed close to 270 lbs and was floating around the 30-35 percent body-fat range. Now, I fluctuate between 200-220 lbs depending on what time of year it is. Do not be deceived by how much I weigh still because I have a lot of muscle mass on my 6-foot frame. My body fat is currently anywhere from 7-13 percent depending on what time of year it is. That is a drop of 50-70 lbs and a drop of 20-25 percent in body fat. That sounds like an incredible client success story to me. I am so proud of what I was able to accomplish and am still accomplishing.
