About Me

Hi, my name is Terence. I have personally been into health and fitness for 14 years. In 2010 I earned my bachelors in exercise science from Texas State University and been a personal trainer/competitor coach ever since. I love each and every one of my clients with all of my heart and have been lucky enough to help several first time bikini competitors become bikini champions, trained the fastest woman on a bike in Texas, and even helped numerous people win their office weight loss challenges. My mission is to help millions of people become really, really, ridiculously good looking and enjoy every minute of it!

What to Expect

Every session will be a little different. We will spend a lot of time working your core and improving joint range of motion, coordination, strength, and stability. I will ask that you give me everything you've got for 45-60 minutes. Afterward we will massage and stretch for 5-10 minutes.
