About Me

Hi, my name is Taylor. I have been a trainer since 2015 and have had a holistic nutrition certification since 2014. I have worked with a variety of clients over the years. I listen to each clients specific goals and help them come up with realistic goals. Then I create a fitness plan for the individual. I work with them to make sure each move and exercise is done safely and effective. I work my absolute best make sure each client of mine hits their goal.

What to Expect

We start with 5-10 minutes of stretching. Followed by a 45-50 minute workout focusing on the individuals goals. Then, we do a 5 min cool down.
