Hi, my name is Taylor. My passion is helping people succeed in accomplishing their goals! With the perfect blend of fitness and fundamental boxing technique, I help people get in the best shape of their lives, both mentally and physically! I run my strength and conditioning program to train professional, amateur, and beginner boxers all over Indiana. A former boxing competitor myself, I have trained with some of the best athletes across Indiana. I design all my methods around maximizing the attributes that are necessary to be competitive across all boxing, kickboxing, and martial arts. All of my training is engaging, fun, and most importantly, extremely effective.

We will work together to find the perfect balance between strength and conditioning, and Boxing skills. We can create routines based around high intensity cardio, which include high intensity intervals and the heavy bag and jump rope. Also we can work in routines around calisthenics and endurance excercises fpr each major muscle group.
Jim, a happily married man with 2 kids, started a custom program with me that was based on a blend of cardio and strength training through the sport of boxing. His goal was to get back into shape, and he always had an interest in learning Boxing. His enjoyment of learning the sport helped him stick to our routine together, and build healthy habit outside of the gym. As a result Jim lost 30 lbs in the first three months in our program!
