About Me
My name is Taylor. I am a former Division I college athlete; I played volleyball at Northeastern State. Upon moving back to Austin, I started coaching club volleyball. I work at Crossfit Jaakarhu as a head coach/trainer. I am Level 1 and 2 certified as well as having my strongman certification. I love training and helping people reach their goals. Changing lives is what the fitness world is about. I allow you to use your fitness ability outside the gym.
What to Expect
Sessions are one hour long. I will evaluate and talk goals with you before your first training session. I am willing to do nutrition in addition to just training; rates are negotiable. Each person is different so goals are all different, therefore all sessions will have different components. I will be fully devoted, and create programs for clients ahead of time. Nonetheless, expect to come in, get your butt worked and leave learning a thing or two about yourself and one step closer to your goals.

Client Feedback
Sadie S.
My session with Taylor was everything I look for in a good workout: quick, high intensity, and variety in movement. We started with a thorough warm-up and moved right into a circuit workout with sprints, push-ups, burpees, squats, thrusters and more. Taylor gave me great tips throughout to improve even the simplest movements so that I was working all parts of my body at once. Even though I was soaking with sweat and was wondering if my arms would fall off after the second round of thrusters, I knew that this feeling of exhaustion was my ultimate goal in the first place. I also loved the playlist! Thanks, Taylor!
