Fitness has been a part of my life since childhood. As a fitness Instructor and five-time All American Athlete in Track & Field, I have for the past 10 years, worked with athletes and clients developing personalized programs that supports their individual goals. My mission is to help bridge the gap between fitness and nutrition by assisting a client in their understanding of which exercises best support their personal needs and capabilities, and to develop workouts that are effective and productive at helping the client to achieve their goal.

My sessions are personalized and focused on the client's expressed goals. I use mostly bodyweight movements and minimal equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, dumbells, jump ropes, medicine balls, stability balls, resistance bands and plyo boxes. I like to keep my sessions fun and non-repetitive. Rarely would a client perform an exercise the same way twice.
