Hello, my name is Suraj. I began weight lifting when I was 16 mainly because I wanted to become stronger and gain confidence. I dedicated five days a week to training and in time I saw results but I am constantly pushing myself to do better because there is always room for improvement. I have a degree in business but fitness has always been my passion. I knew I needed a career change just like I knew when I needed a lifestyle change and since I spend the majority of my time in the gym I want to help others reach their fitness goals as well. I have knowledge in nutrition and diet from personal experience of changing my calorie intake for different goals. I can properly guide you through weight and strength training techniques. My training approach is effective because it focuses on the person as a whole, not just their physical fitness. I will discuss diet options with you and motivate you mentally not just physically to change for the better, increasing your confidence along the way!
