Since 1991 Satin Wellness Certified Wellness Specialists work with clients in Massachusetts (Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Plymouth and Barnstable Counties) and Florida (Palm Beach and Broward Counties). All of our Specialists use a proprietary and scientifically proven strength training method, LROME™ (Limited Range of Motion Exercise) to develop customized programs for all of our clients.
Our programs assist all clients in achieving a balance with any challenges they may be facing. Client goals may be simple or complex but each person’s specific goals are best served with a focused and balanced approach. We help all of our clients meet their weight loss goals, develop healthier habits, reduce pain and gain their desired fitness level.
What to Expect
Our Specialists begin with a comprehensive strength and flexibility assessment to ensure a baseline. The assessment assists us in developing a program that is best for you. A typical session begins with a simple warm-up (generally walking), then progresses to strength training, followed by flexibility and concludes with abdominal exercises. Each of these components can change depending upon a clients specific requirements.
