What's up! My name is Steven & I am a Personal Trainer located in Lodi, NJ. I've been training for nine years and personal training for three years. I have a variety of training experiences with Crossfit, Functional Bodybuilding, Strength & Conditioning, & Circuit Training. My fitness journey started in high school. I remember I wanted to change for my senior year because well prom was coming up. I did lose A LOT of weight, but from what I know now to what I was doing back then, my diet was WAY off. After graduating from high school, I binge ate (because of my improper diet) and gained weight and SOME. I went through many trials and errors, learning and educating myself on proper diet and workout. I would be on a constant rollercoaster between the ages of 19-21, losing & gaining it back. I found myself again being unhealthy. I remember telling myself if I didn't stop now, it was only going to get worst. At 21, My body fat percentage was 2% away from being obese, and I knew I had to hold myself accountable and do this for my health. Fast forward to now, and I am grateful I decided to make the change. The commitment made me a better person, but it motivated me to help others get in the best shape of their lives. So if you have the discipline, we can accomplish any fitness goals together.
The client will have an assessment for the 1st session. This assessment will let me know some weak points of the client's body. Based on the clients' goals & with the assessment, I can give my professional opinion on how we can start.
