Hi, my name is Steve. I've been involved in fitness for over 20 years. Military, firefighter/EMT, personal trainer and group fitness instructor, and even a licensed massage therapist. I've got it pretty well covered. I really like to keep it as fresh as possible and fun while getting "the work" done. I like to use Muay Thai kickboxing as the base (but Not mandatory) and add in traditional exercises to round out the workout. Massage therapy also available by appointment.
