Hi, my name is Steve. My background is in Exercise Physiology (MS & BS degrees) and Biotechnology (MS degree). I work with special populations, professional athletes and healthy clients. I have considerable working experience in both clinical and basic sciences. I tend to view physical training as a long term clinical research study where you continuously learn and make adjustments to achieve your objectives.

What to Expect

You can expect the most efficient and personalized training. The types of movements you perform will be highly varied from session to session. There will be no repetitive routine, and you will always require rest and recovery after each session. I will be compiling your biometric data and analyzing it ensure that every movement you make is maximally productive.
