I am an experienced, ACE certified personal trainer. I specialize in training clients in different resistance modalities (free weights, kettlebells, bodyweight, and resistance bands), core stability training, and cardiovascular training to help them achieve the results that they are looking for. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, move more athletically or a combination of the above, I can help you reach your goal. I am also an experienced martial artist (world-ranked Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor, boxing experience, assistant instructor at a prominent MMA academy in Manhattan) and am well versed in incorporating the dynamic moves of boxing and MMA to make your workouts more exciting. I can also adeptly teach self-defense upon request.

A warmup with active stretching and mobility work, followed by a balanced strength and/or conditioning session tailored to your fitness goals. I finish up each session with some static stretching and I give you some optional fitness homework for the week ahead. Every client has different needs so I really work to put my knowledge and experience to best serve them.
I'd like to think all my clients are successful, or in the process of reaching their goal. We all have different strength goals, muscular imbalances or movements that we would like to do better. Being able to people look and feel better with a suitable exercise routine is an awesome feeling.
