About Me

I have been working in the fitness business for 22 years. I have a bachelors degree in Kinesiology and have a ton of knowledge I share with my clients at each session. It's my absolute passion to see people change their bodies while feeling healthy and vibrant. There is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing each person change their life in a positive way. I challenge each person to give me 110 percent every time and the results do speak loudly of those who give it their all. I offer a complimentary training session to new clients who are interested.

What to Expect

Every client can expect to sweat, work hard, get stronger and share some laughs in between sets. I know everyone comes from different backgrounds and abilities, but I will always challenge each client to give me their 110 percent effort.

Client Success Story

I helped a lady go from a size 20 to a size 8 in 16 months. It was the most amazing transformation I have ever done to date. I also helped get a 16 year old to the Junior Olympics in swimming and help a 65 year old climb the tallest mountain in the world, Mount Kilimanjaro. All the stories I can share are unique and that is why my job is so rewarding.

Steve's methods are customized for each trainees abilities and goals. He is very focused on exercising correctly, using proper form, and maintaining motivation to reach my fitness goals. He communicates with trainees about their work outs, nutrition and lifestyle so each trainee achieves his goals. Steve works you out in a "judgment free zone." Steve's approach is totally positive, how can I (or you) make better dietary and lifestyle choices. How can you have accountability so you make it to your gym, run or swim? I've been training with Steve for almost 4 years, and he's been so good to me. I was an international student at UC Irvine, and I chose to train with him because the gym was so close to my school. He's been a responsible person, and he taught me how to be self-discipline. Also, Steve is a great friend of mine! Sometimes he texted me, and asked me about my daily life. As a foreigner in the U.S, I truly felt grateful when a local people consider you as a real friend. Now, I already return to my home country, but we still talk to each other at least once a week. I mean, he's not gonna ignore me when we are not doing business anymore, what a nice guy!
