My name is Steve and I've always had a passion for working out and helping others. I started in high school by training my friends after school. In college I began to train professors as well as other students and also acted the strength and conditioning coach for rugby while participating the sport. I get a strong sense of fulfillment from helping others reach their goals.

I train the whole body. Whether your goal is weight loss or building muscle, activating as much muscles as possible is critical. How you fuel it (what you eat) will determine if you lose weight or gain muscle. Squats, deadlifts and other large, compound exercises are the foundation of my training, as well as any effective training method.
One of my professors at college asked me to start training him. He didn't have much time to train, so we used super sets a lot. Bench press with one-arm dumbbell rows, squats with Romanian deadlifts, etc. He lost 20 lbs within two months of working with me, learned how to better train himself in the future, and gained a lot strength.
