My name is Stephen! I am a certified personal trainer through World Instructor Training Schools since 2012 and I also have my Level 1 certification in Sport and Exercise Nutrition through Precision Nutrition since 2016. My passion in life has always been to help others any way that I can. I volunteered at a local hospital for a couple years and then I found something that put both of my passions into one career. My passions are health/fitness and helping others, that is why I became a personal trainer. I want to help as many women as possible achieve their fat loss goals and teach them how to maintain their goals through fitness and nutrition. My specialty is helping women achieve their fat loss goals through proper nutrition according to their goals and creating an exciting yet effective fitness training experience.
My training style is high intensity. I use high intensity interval training to burn fat, build lean muscle and build a ton of energy. We will speak about nutrition, and set up a proper nutrition plan to achieve the fitness goals that have been set. Your heart rate will go up during the session but will be accommodated with other exercises to bring the heart rate down again throughout the sessions. In order to achieve any fitness goals, you must have the proper training regimen, proper nutrition plan, be held accountable to achieve all of your goals by someone to help you stay on track.
In a 6 week body transformation challenge, I had my client Jacy lose a total of 18 pounds all while dropping 55 body fat! That is an incredible achievement that took hard work inside and outside of the gym.
