Before i went to Stephen i weighed 320 lbs after a few months he was able to help me lose 70 lbs. I have tried multiple trainers and none came close to Stephen. I saw what a bad review said on here and theres no way its true. He would answer my calls no matter the time of day, even if he was busy, and answer any question i asked. If youre looking for results theres no better trainer. Not only did i get results i only dreamed of, he actually taught me why he was having me do the exercises and what it would do for me. If results are what you want then he's the man.
