Hi, my name is Stephen. I have been in fitness field for over 20 years. I have several specialties including, Exercise Kinesiology, Body Circuit Specialist, Functional Movement Specialist, Post Injury Specialist, Nutritional guidance and weight-loss, Specialty in adults over 45 and their unique requirements and have specialties in training young athletes in all sports. I am adept in designing programs that fit your specific needs and unique physiology.

I base my conditioning routines on your feedback and what I observe through my experience in evaluating how best to train your unique physiology and needs. My programs will tone, strengthen and correct any imbalances in your movement patterns and achieve this in a progressive and safe way.
