Hello, my name is Erika I have been working with Steve for about 7 months now. What initially made me sign up was that I needed someone to hold me accountable for my choices with my health, whether it was food choices or being active. He asks the tough questions, make you really dig deep and understand where these bad habits come from and helps you decide how you want them to change. This is not a one way street you have to put in the work and he is there to help you all every step of the way.
