With a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and over a decade of experience teaching fitness one-on-one, I know how to integrate sustainable health habits into any lifestyle. It is my goal to help my clients develop a new perspective on fitness and health. I love to empower individuals to change their thinking and take actionable steps toward developing the healthy lifestyle they envision for themselves. With my results-based approach, I teach you what you need to know to optimize your diet and start exercising at home. Most importantly, I help you foster the inner discipline to follow through on your plans to become a healthier, happier you. ACSM
A typical training session with me involves a thorough warm-up to minimize risk of injury during our workout together. We will focus on developing your core strength first, and then apply our techniques to the fundamentals of weightlifting training. Following the exercise, we would transition to our cool-down, featuring long, static stretches of each muscle group that we trained. The goal is to imbue you with a sense of confidence in your body and your own training technique!
