Hi, my name is Stephanie. In 2012 I earned my MS in performance enhancement and injury prevention through U Penn. I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, and an NASM performance Enhancement Specialist. I am always learning and always incorporating new fitness ideas into my clients workouts as well as my own. I train clients privately and in group settings at the fitness studio in Keene, New Hampshire, as well as virtually with online tools.

A typical workout starts with a gentle warm up, then you'll do 5-8 strength training exercises, mobility exercises or circuit training. All programs are customized to your goals and preferences.
