She is certified in Aquakinetics to provide powerful water workouts. She also spent time working in mental-health settings. She specializes in helping clients efficiently reach post-rehabilitation goals. Not limited to rehabilitation clients, she also is qualified to provide effective workouts for all skill levels.

"I’m 58 years old. I was diagnosed with a herniated disc, and have been living in occasional pain exacerbated by lifting. As a professional photographer, carrying heavy gear to location shoots is regularly required. It is important for me to have the ability to lift. The Center’s fitness manager recommended I work with Stephanie because her background included working in a physical therapy practice. She created an exercise routine designed to protect and strengthen my back. She checked with me regularly to make sure I was doing it right and feeling okay. I decided to train with Stephanie once a week. Within a few weeks, my back pain lessened. One year later, my back feels better than it has in years!
