My name is Stephanie, and I am a full-time personal trainer in the downtown Chicago area. Being a "traveling trainer", I will bring equipment to a park near you so we can have a gym-quality workout while outside in the fresh air! Virtual options available as well. I became a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through NASM because I have a passion for getting people moving while prioritizing safety. After years of recovering from a low-back injury myself, injury prevention and proper movement patterns are at the base of every program I create while also keeping your goals of fat loss, muscle gain, etc in mind. Training with me, you can expect a coach who will challenge you and help you accomplish things you never thought you could. I will push you, support you, and always make sure you are safe in every movement you do. We will start every session with a warm-up and check-in with how you're feeling, we will perform exercises that are tough but leave you feeling great, and we will always finish with a relaxing cool down that gets you prepared for the rest of your day. We can also chat about food if you're interested in nutrition coaching as well!
I had a client who came to me wanting to get stronger, and this included being able to do a push up. She had never been able to do a push up and not need to drop to her knees. After 3 months of training, she cranked out 10 push ups in a row no problem!
