We will do a alignment test on day one . From there based off of goals we will do a full body workout . I use free weights, resistance bands and body weight. I also have a TRX .
Stephanie is friendly, prepared and knows how to push to get results. I'm a bit fragile and came to training with her with various aches and pains. She did well to work around them and keep me on track. Highly recommend if you're looking to jump start a workout routine and like to mix it up. She's not afraid to try something new. Always left feeling like I had accomplished something and was challenged. - Ken L Stephanie comes up with a different exercise routine each session, motivates me, and makes sure I am doing the routine in the correct posture, (no injuries) she is able to modify the routine if I cannot perform the "hard exercises" she is always waiting for me, never late and keeps me until my session is over, If I am late (happened one time) she makes sure I get the full workout in the time that is left, Paula H
