My clients can expect from me one hour of quality fitness. We can transition from machines, to bodyweight training, to bootcamp, either way, you may never know what session you will receive from me any particular day, but you will leave knowing you accomplished something.

I had a client lose over 12 pounds and several inches in a 6 week period. It was completely unexpected, as at the beginning of her journey, she was a bit unmotivated, in fact, we had to re weigh and re measure her a few times to make sure it wasnt a fluke. Afterwards, she was on top of her game.
