Hi, my name is Sonja. I have been exercising and working out consistently since I was 15. I played volleyball and swam in high school. I was a firefighter and E.M.T. in my early twenties. I have run four marathons. I am a cycling instructor at Cycle Bar. I am a certified personal trainer. I love hiking, jogging, being outside in nature, and anything to do with fitness.

Warm up, stretching, and the workout itself will consist of a variety of different exercises, depending on the clients goals. Strength training, functional training, endurance/cardio training, flexibility training. Cool down. Exercise changes not just your body, but your mind, your attitude, and your mood. Functional training is optimal for longevity.
