Hi, my name is Sonia. I have developed simple techniques and practices to help you achieve your potential. We will focus on improving overall physical fitness with a focus on strength and flexibility, allowing you to walk through life with more energy and purpose . Along with physical changes, you will also start to see mental, and emotional changes. It starts with making a commitment to yourself, and the rest is my job. I learned the importance of a strong mind-body connection (which many people lack) from a young age through the study of ballet. My parents own fitness centers and my father is a triathlete, my mother also a personal trainer and incredible Italian cook! So I grew up with an understanding of how critical fitness is to a healthy body and mind. I am ACE certified for personal training and have a certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I study from the greats every day to learn more about what I can do to help my body perform better, feel better, and look better and I want to share my “secrets” with you. I promise you will look and feel better from the inside out.

The workouts are designed to help you reach your goals both aesthetically and for functionality. We will always finish with a stretch to prevent fascia build up and tightness in the body.
