I've been training with Simon for just about 6 months now and he is absolutely fantastic. He's my first trainer ever and honestly the first time I'm training this high intensity and really pushing myself.
He's a firm believer that it is both nutrition and fitness that work hand in hand to bring the best results and healthiest version of yourself out, which really aligns with my mindset as a vegan. He approaches training, muscle building and nutrition with a really scientific background. He even reviews my meals and provides recommendations on the side.
With every session Simon brings to the table a progressive, always-evolving workout routine with an aggressive yet balanced touch. I can tell he is thinking about our program outside of our sessions and really tackling muscle building and high intensity training from all directions with mostly free weight exercises. My apartment gym is has good but limited equipment offerings but Simon really gets creative with it, sometimes bringing ropes and other small equipment for special exercises. His workout routines are just the right touch of aggressive to push you to the maximum point to reach your goals effectively.
