I’m a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. I’ve been a advocate for everything fitness for as long as I can remember. I have over 8 years of experience of one-on-one and small group training, with a strong background in boxing, powerlifting and Army physical fitness. I feel what separates me from most trainers, is not my multiple certification and accolades, but my true passion to spread the importance of health and fitness. Fun, Hardwork, and Results!
On my recent deployment with the Army, I was able to help increase the passing rate for the Army Physical Fitness Test for my unit. The “PT Test” is a big deal for soldiers because it can decide how far you can go in your military career. The Army Physical Fitness Test is designed to test the strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness of soldiers in the United States Army. Over the course of 9 months, 20+ soldiers that joined my group classes were all able to pass the PT test. Some went on to get promoted to the next rank, and other were able to increase there overall health and fitness. This is definitely one of my favorite success stories!

Sim is extremely personable and understanding. He's very encouraging and sincere in his approach. I felt like more than someone who is paying him and it's just a job. You can tell he genuinely cares about your health and weight loss/gain journey. There were things that I physically could not do at the moment as a beginner, but instead of pushing me beyond my boundaries, he would find equal alternatives until my body adjusted. My favorite sessions involved boxing. I've always been interested in boxing as a workout and he made sure to include that in our sessions.

Sim is one of the best personal trainers I have ever had. I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive he is to detail and how knowledgeable he is in regards to the body and fitness. Sim always checked in with me prior to and after our work outs to see how I was feeling. He is professional, knowledgeable, and as someone that isn’t a fan of working out, he makes working out fun. Sim is also very accommodating, which is important to me as my schedule can fluctuate. I would recommend him to any one looking to get serious about their weight loss/health and recommend boxing with him, thats been my favorite experience thus far!
