I have worked with all ages, children through seniors. I have a wide range of styles and techniques because each person has different needs. My personality is very upbeat, and I always make each session fun while being effective. I work one on one, and teach group classes in luxury residential buildings, private gyms, and in homes. My knowledge spans various areas in health and nutrition.
I also help to educate others about the importance of making better choices on a daily basis to achieve their optimal health.
