Health and wellness has always been my way of life. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and love of a healthy mind and body. I thrive off this lifestyle, and that is why I have chosen to help others to do the same. Therefore, I hold multiple certifications in this field. I have worked with all ages, children through seniors. I have a wide range of styles and techniques because each person has different needs. My personality is very upbeat, and I always make each session fun while being effective. I work one on one, and teach group classes in luxury residential buildings, private gyms, and in homes. My knowledge spans various areas in health and nutrition.
