Thank you for taking an interest in my services! I am a full time college student, pursuing my degree in Nutrition Science and Dietetics. I have been seriously weight training for four years, after struggling with disordered eating, and self esteem issues. I now have found my passion in strength training and food, and seek to help others take control of their lives through physically and mentally strengthening themselves. I believe in supporting my clients wholeheartedly in life, just as much as in fitness, and helping people find their path and pursuing healthier lifestyles with a flexible approach.

A client can expect to push themselves and learn proper form for compound and strength building movements, and to learn to embrace their bodies strength and change that comes with weight lifting. I focus mainly on building strength and confidence in ones body, and focus less on long bouts of cardio in favor of movements that work to strengthen, mobilize, and increase flexibility. I look forward to clients who want to make fitness a part of their lifestyle, with multiple workouts a week and wanting to get in shape for themselves!
I have helped young children, teenagers, busy parents, and done couples training, instilling the knowledge of proper form, proper fuel and nutrition for energy expenditure, and helped increase strength, confidence, and flexibility in my clients.
