I am certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. I have been a group fitness instructor for three years and have a strong background in Pilates and strength training. I became passionate about helping others reaching their fitness and health goals after working so hard to reach my own. I, myself, used to be overweight and understand the physical and mental process of transformation. I believe in a simple and science-based approach to fitness. I don't push any extreme fad diets or supplements and always try to enforce safety and good technique to make exercise enjoyable rather than painful. I am also an avid dancer and have been helping dancers condition for their activity.

Expect lots of strength training, corrective exercises, balance work and core conditioning as well as a calm, patient and educational atmosphere. I want you to feel comfortable in the gym and the exercises. I also want you to feel like you learned something new every time. With that said, I will keep your heart rate elevated throughout the entire session to encourage greater fat burn and heart health. I can eithertrainypuatmy studio or come toy outhouse to train you!
"Hi Shireen, it's Kyle! It's been awhile since I last trained with you and I thought you might appreciate an update on how things are going. To keep things short and sweet, fitness has made a huge impact on my life. I am very happy with the way my body is shaping up to be. And because I'm eating better alongside this training regimen, I also FEEL much better. There's also an element of self confidence that I have gained. One, because I'm more comfortable with myself physically, and mentally because I at least look like I know what I'm doing when I workout and don't feel like such a noobie anymore! I don't feel good about myself unless I've gone to the gym at least a few times a week and am consistently eating healthy. From when I saw you last time, a few months ago, I have gained a few pounds, of which I assume to be muscle mass. The muscles in my chest, back, arms, and legs (pretty much everywhere!) are starting to become more prominent and defined. I remember the day that you showed me the proper form for how to do squats, and I was shaking at just the 40 lb. barbell lol. Last week, I managed to do a whole 3 sets at 125 lbs.! I've gone up in weights for my arms too, so overall it's a definite and noticeable improvement from just a few months ago. My only issue currently is that I'm still trying really hard to get rid of this belly fat, and it is very stubborn about wanting to go away. I hope it goes away naturally as long as I keep up what I'm doing. Anyhow, I just wanted to thank you for your guidance, advice, and information about health and fitness. Prior to working with you, I had no idea about anything. And whatever I had read online was like a foreign language to me. You put things in a nice, condensed, and easy to understand way.
