Hi, my name is Sherry. When you feel the connection between your mind, body and soul, you will feel so great and begin to love to practice Yoga more. I have the love of yoga, golf, and dance. I enjoy teach vinyasa flow yoga & meditation for people who've never done yoga before to very sweaty, advanced stuff for when you want a true yoga workout! My goal is to make this deeply powerful practice accessible, fun, and transformative to you. Pick a class and see you on the mat.
I will help you to feel loose and get your body moving and stretching in great ways throughout the course of the hour. I didn’t think the poses or sequences are extremely hard, but there will be some moments of challenge here and there. You body will feel fresh and happy instantly .
Lin is 54 years old beautiful lady. She had lower back pain for many years. She took my class for 2 years. I helped her to stretch it with Garland Pose, strengthen it with Upward Bow, relieve her lower back pain and soothe her spine. She is one of my happy client and friend. Joel is a middle age great golfer, he has ankle pain, we practice on Standing on tiptoes/calf raises, tree stands... There are three components to healthy ankles—stability, flexibility and mobility—and yoga can help to improve all three. He is playing golf almost every weekend without dealing with ankle pain .

Had a couple of bad experiences in my previous yoga training exercise but since I met Sherry, it's been a blessing. I couldn't believe how friendly and down-to-earth she is.

As a yoga beginner, I was nervous and didn't know what to do when I took the first class. Sherry was a beginner friendly yoga instructor. Her vocal tone was so calming and assuring, and It was very relaxing yoga flow. After the class, I was feeling so comfortable and flexible and more lighter.
