About Me

Hey my name is Sherman and I am a ASFA certified personal trainer. I started working out in 2011 because I wanted to become a better me and since then I have loved training. I have been certified since August 2015 but I have been training others since 2012. I may not have as much experience as other trainers but I guarantee clients will see results from my sessions.
