I first started working with Sherif in September & weighed 235 pounds with 45.7% body fat. By April my weight was down to 174 and body fat down to 28.0%. Sherif believed in me & my capabilities before I did. His workouts are challenging and push you to the max, but are fun too. A wide variety of exercises works out entire body and Sherif constantly adds new exercises which keep it fresh and challenge your body. I really liked all the new and different exercises he showed me. His goals exceeded mine and he was right. He knew I could keep doing more. Eating healthy was really hard for me, but his meal plan really worked and accelerated my weight loss. Sherif really cares about his clients and wants to see them succeed. I highly recommend Sherif as a personal trainer. Training with Sherif greatly improved my health, weight, mental outlook and I can't thank him enough for his motivation, caring and awesome workouts.

Sherif cares more about getting you in the best fitness and health for your body than the money. I worked with him over a 3 month period, and enjoyed them so much, I signed my son up as well.
